On the assembly of the Archive.

The Veridian Station Archive is a literary work assembled from materials of uncertain provenance. Where transcripts could be verified, they have been preserved in full. Where they could not, they have been set in a lighter weight and marked.

Names of persons appearing within the volumes have, in most cases, been retained. Where retention seemed to risk harm, names have been replaced with their classification designation only.

The Archive does not advance an interpretation. It is a record of attention.
